Talking about Comparison Shopping Engines (aka CSEs) with colleagues or peers in online marketing will get you mixed reactions because the results are equally mixed. Some retailers turn on CSEs during the holidays while others maintain a presence year round. How yoou approach it depends largely on your budget and plans.
